As a fifth generation farmer, owner, Hayes Kelman has always looked for original means of vertical integration and new uses for the grain he and his team grows. Now, Boot Hill Distillery exclusively uses grain grown on Kelman Farms, 50 miles west of the Distillery, to produce its spirits.
