And then there’s the food--the Yin to wine's Yang. To get a true sense of a wine region’s food culture, we like to experience it from many angles. So, we might visit farmers' markets… or participate in private tastings with artisanal food producers… or go on truffle hunts with Italian dogs named Willy. It's all open. But when do sit down to eat, we dine—at wineries, bars, bistros and world-class Michelin-starred eateries.
